Privacy
The short version: we keep what the app needs to work, and nothing to sell.
- No ads and no tracking cookies. We don't sell or share your data.
- Your workspace (your ideas, pages, notes and imports) is saved on our database, tied to your invite, so it's there on any device you open with your private workspace link. Treat that link like a password.
- Pages you publish at 98seeds.com/s/… are public to anyone with the link, and kept out of search engines.
- When someone signs up, pre-orders, answers or asks for a call on a page made with 98 seeds, what they type (like their email) goes to that page's maker, so they can follow up. We don't use it for anything else.
- We count visits to idea pages, once per browser, so makers see how many people came. No names, no cookies.
- If you request an invite code, we keep your email to send you one, and nothing else about you.
- When you use an invite code, we note which code it was and who shared it, so each code works once.
- Answers to the app's quick questions go to the 98 seeds team, to make the app better.
- When you press one of Pip's written-answer buttons (Sharpen with Pip, Summarize, Ask Pip), the text it needs (your idea, the answers for one idea, or your numbers) goes to Anthropic's Claude to write the reply. Under Anthropic's API terms it isn't used to train their models. Everything else Pip does runs on plain rules, in the app.
- If you import a link, we read that page once to fill in your idea. We don't keep a copy.
- Notes and survey answers you add stay in your workspace. Only you see them.
- Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs for a short time.
- Want everything deleted? Write to us from Settings → Tell us, and we'll remove it.
